How credits work

Credits pay for AI videos and pictures. Plan credits arrive every month and don't roll over; top-up credits last 12 months.

Credits pay for AI generation: videos, pictures and avatars. Every button that spends credits shows its price before you press it.

Where credits come from

  • Your plan. Creator gives 5,000 credits a month, Pro 7,000 and Business 11,000. They arrive at the start of each billing month, on yearly plans too, and end when that month ends. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
  • Top-ups. On a paid plan you can buy extra credits once, without a subscription. They last 12 months from the payment.
  • The free trial. 310 credits for 3 days, once per person and per card. They end with the trial.
  • Credits we give you, for example to make up for a problem, last 12 months unless we tell you another date.

The credits that end soonest are spent first, so plan credits go before top-ups.

Where to see them

Your balance is in the top bar of the studio and on the plan card at the bottom of the sidebar. Settings → Plan & billing → Credits splits it by kind and shows what you've used each day. Your payments, refunds and credits are under Invoices in Settings → Plan & billing → Billing.

A daily limit

A workspace can spend up to 5,000 credits a day. You can set a lower limit in Settings → Plan & billing → Credits: 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 or your own number. A run that would pass it is refused before anything is charged, and the limit resets at midnight in your workspace's time zone.

On the Free plan

The Free plan has no credits of its own and can't spend or buy them, except the free trial's. If a paid plan ends, the workspace keeps its credits until they end, and you can spend them again once you pick a paid plan.

Credits aren't money. They can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another workspace.
