Most answers come from other sellers and affiliates. It isn’t official support, and nobody promises a reply time: for your account, a video or a payment, write to support.
Three steps
- Create a free Discord account at discord.com if you have none.
- Open the invite and answer three quick questions: what brings you here, where you are with TikTok Shop, where you sell. The channels that fit open for you.
- Say hi in #general and tell us what you sell.
The rules

- Be decent. No harassment, hate or adult content.
- No ads, spam or selling in DMs.
- Post only videos and pictures you made or have the rights to.
- No trading accounts, logins or credits.
- Keep emails, order numbers and card details out of public channels.
- Keep Research numbers in the studio: don’t post screenshots of them.
- The team never DMs you first and never asks for your password or a payment.
Not official support
For your account, a video or a payment, email support@turbougc.com from the address you use for TurboUGC, or use the contact page. Account details never belong in a public channel.
