Yes, any time online in Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel plan, with no email or call. The plan stays on until the end of the month, or the year on a yearly plan, you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.

Nothing is deleted when you cancel: your plan and its monthly credits stay until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free, and your videos keep the dates they were given. Unused credits aren't refunded. On Free they wait until they end, and you can spend them again once you pick a paid plan.

A run that fails or is refused gives its credits back on its own. Payments aren't refunded for the rest of a month or year or for unused credits; our payment processor refunds a payment when its buyer terms or the law require it. Write to support@turbougc.com, and see Refunds and cancellation.
