Download or delete your data

You can download or delete your data yourself, in the studio, at any time. It costs nothing and needs no email.

Download a copy

Open Settings → Account → Download my data. We prepare a file of your account and the workspace you're in: your profile and agreements, your products, the jobs you ran, your Library's details, avatars with the photos you uploaded for them, billing records and your consents. It never holds passwords, keys or tokens. The download link works for 7 days, and you can ask for 3 files a day.

Delete single things

• Videos: delete them in the Library.
• Products: archive them on the product's page. An archived product's photos are deleted 30 days later.
• An avatar and its photos: delete it on its page, or in Settings → Account → Your faces and voices. Its photos are deleted right away. We never record or clone voices.

Delete your account

1. Open Settings → Account → Delete account. The page lists each workspace and what will happen to it.
2. Type DELETE to confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.

Then your sign-in is deleted and you're signed out everywhere. A paid plan is cancelled first, so nothing more is charged. Photos you uploaded for avatars are deleted right away; everything else within 30 days.

What we keep

A few records stay because the law requires them, to answer a question about a payment, or to give the free trial once per person and per card: payment and plan records, your agreements, a one-way fingerprint of your email address and card for the trial, and the audit log. Delete your data at turbougc.com/data-deletion lists each one and how long it's kept.
