Cancel your plan

You can cancel any time in the studio. You don't need to email, call or talk to anyone, and it works even if a payment has failed.

1. Open Settings → Plan & billing.
2. Press Cancel plan.
3. Confirm. The dialog says the date your plan ends.

We email you to confirm the cancellation.

What happens next

• You won't be charged again.
• You keep your plan, and its monthly credits, until the end of the period you paid for: 30 days on monthly billing, the year on yearly billing. One exception: if your last payment failed, cancelling ends the plan at once and your workspace moves to Free.
• Then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Your videos keep the dates they were given, and the Free plan's limits apply from then on.
• Unused credits aren't refunded. They stay until they end, and you can spend them again if you pick a paid plan before then.

Changed your mind before the plan ends? Press Undo on the notice in Settings → Plan & billing and confirm on the payment page. Nothing is charged before the day your plan would have ended.

During the free trial

Press Cancel trial in Settings → Plan & billing. You're never charged and Creator doesn't start. Your trial credits stay until the trial would have ended.
