Add a product

Every video starts from a product. Add it once and use it for as many videos as you like. To add one, open Workflow in the sidebar and use the buttons above the product grid: Import TikTok showcase, Upload photos or Paste product links. With no products yet, the page shows Import TikTok showcase, with or paste product links and or upload photos as links under it.

From a TikTok Shop link

1. Press Paste product links.
2. Paste a TikTok Shop product link. To add several, paste up to 20, one per line.
3. Press Import; the button counts them, such as Import 3 products.

Each link becomes a product within about a minute, with its title, price, app discount and up to 12 photos from the listing. On the Free plan, 30 new products a month come with their photos.

From your own photos

Press Upload photos, add 1 to 12 photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP) and give it a product name. Use this for a product that isn't on TikTok Shop, or when your own photos are better than the listing's.

From your TikTok Shop showcase

Press Import TikTok showcase and type a TikTok username or profile link. Each import adds the 200 newest products in that showcase that you don't have yet, with their photos, and Import the next 200 goes on from there. You can run 5 imports a day. Showcase import works for US TikTok Shop accounts only; anywhere else, paste product links instead.

From Research

Press Make a video on a product's page in Research. It's added to your products and the Workflow opens on it, with the listing's photos on their way. Add to Products adds it without opening the Workflow.

If the photos don't arrive

Sometimes a listing's photos can't be fetched. The product then keeps its cover picture, and the photo step says why. You can add your own photos to it, up to 12 in all, listing photos included.
