This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out what you may not do with TurboUGC. It applies to everyone in a workspace.
1. Your own accounts only
- Connect only TikTok and Google accounts that you own and control. Each person connects their own.
- Don't send videos to, or post on behalf of, accounts you don't control, and don't run networks of accounts.
- Don't share your TurboUGC login, and don't create accounts with automated tools or false details.
2. No spam or manipulation
- Don't use TurboUGC to flood TikTok with repetitive or near-identical posts, or to get around TikTok's limits.
- Don't use it to buy, sell or fake engagement, such as views, likes, follows or comments.
3. Content rules
Everything you upload, make or send with TurboUGC must be legal and follow TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok Shop's policies and TikTok's Branded Content Policy. In particular, don't use TurboUGC for content that:
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including music you have no rights to;
- shows a real person without their consent, or impersonates a person, brand or organisation;
- is sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
- is hateful, harassing, violent or extremist, or promotes self-harm;
- promotes illegal, dangerous or restricted products;
- is misleading, such as false prices or discounts, fake reviews or testimonials, or health, earnings or product claims you can't back up;
- hides that it is an ad or made with AI where a label or disclosure is required (see our AI Content Policy).
4. Don't misuse the service
- Don't probe, scan or test our security without written permission. Report issues to security@turbougc.com instead.
- Don't interfere with or overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Don't copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Don't resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.
- Don't upload malware or anything designed to cause harm.
5. What happens if the rules are broken
We may remove content, disconnect an account, limit features, or suspend or close a workspace that breaks this policy or TikTok's rules. We will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, reply and we will look again.
