You can delete your TurboUGC account, a workspace, or single things, yourself, in the app, at any time. It costs nothing and needs no email or call. If you'd rather ask us, email support@turbougc.com from the address you use for TurboUGC; we answer within 45 days.
1. Download a copy first (optional)
Open Settings → Account → Download my data. We prepare a file of your account and the workspace you are in: your profile and agreements, your products, the jobs you ran, your Library's details, avatars with the photos you uploaded for them, billing records and your consents. It never holds passwords, keys or tokens. The download link works for 7 days. For another workspace, open it and download from there.
2. Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Before anything is deleted, the page lists each of your workspaces and what will happen to it. Type DELETE to confirm; you may be asked to sign in again. Then:
- Your sign-in is deleted, and you are signed out on every device.
- Each workspace you own is deleted with your account. Its paid plan is cancelled first, so nothing more is charged.
- Photos you uploaded to make avatars are deleted right away, and your saved prompts go.
- Everything else in the workspaces deleted with your account is deleted within 30 days.
3. Delete one workspace
If your account has more than one workspace, open Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace and type the workspace's name. Its paid plan is cancelled first, so nothing more is charged. Photos uploaded there for avatars are deleted right away; everything else within 30 days. With one workspace, use Delete account instead: it deletes everything.
4. Delete only some things
- Videos and products: remove them in the Library or in Products.
- An avatar and its photos: delete it on Avatars, or in Settings → Account → Your faces and voices. Its photos are deleted right away, and no new video can use it. We never record or clone voices, so there are none to delete.
5. What we keep, and why
A few records stay after you delete your account or a workspace, because the law requires them, to answer a question about a payment, or to give the free trial only once per person and per card. The payment and agreement records keep the email address of the account they belong to, and we use these records for nothing else:
- Payments, plan changes, cancellations and your agreements to automatic renewal (with the time, IP address and browser they name): at least 3 years, or 1 year after the plan ends if that is later, and as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and the version of our documents you accepted: 3 years.
- Whether you had the free trial: a one-way fingerprint of your email address, not the address itself, a keyed one-way fingerprint of each card saved for it, not the card details, and when: 3 years.
- The audit log of account actions: 2 years.
- Encrypted backups: until they roll off on their normal schedule.
- Our payment processor keeps its own records of your payments under its privacy policy; to delete those, contact it directly (its name and address are on your receipts).
- Videos you downloaded or posted on other platforms are outside our control.
Our Privacy Policy explains all your rights.

Versions
- October 3, 2026: Privacy Policy only: a new section 13 says who at TurboUGC can see your account and content, when (support you ask for, running and protecting the service, abuse, fraud and safety reviews, legal requests), that opening your content needs a stated reason, and that every look is logged; the sections after it are now 14 and 15. Nothing else changed, and nobody is asked to agree again. Updated the same day, Privacy Policy only: sections 1 and 2 say that when you sign up the app asks what describes you best and how you heard about us, that answering is optional, that we use the answers to improve the product and our marketing, and that we never sell them; nobody is asked to agree again. Updated again the same day, Privacy Policy only: both sign-up questions are now answered when you sign up, and each has an answer that tells us nothing more (Just exploring; Other, or Don't remember); why we ask and that we never sell the answers are unchanged; nobody is asked to agree again.
- October 2, 2026: Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Content Policy rewritten in full. They now describe only the features and providers in use today. New: platform rules and your accounts, Research data rules, copyright complaints, the Refunds and cancellation page and the Delete your data page. Yearly plans and today's prices. Updated the same day: a free trial for new accounts, with free credits for two short videos for 3 days, once per person, no card and no charge when it ends (Terms section 5, Refunds and cancellation); the Privacy Policy and Delete your data say we keep a one-way fingerprint of your email address so the trial is given once per person. Also updated the same day: the Privacy Policy's AI table lists short product titles, for which each product's name and category go to the AI provider that writes a 5 or 6 word title for it. Updated again the same day: the free trial needs a card; it costs $0, then becomes the Creator plan at $60 every 30 days unless you cancel before the 3 days are up, with an email when it starts, a reminder a day before the first payment, and Cancel trial online (Terms sections 4 to 6, Refunds and cancellation); the Privacy Policy and Delete your data say what we keep about the card (a keyed one-way fingerprint of its brand, last four digits and expiry, never the card itself) and that our payment processor handles it. Updated again the same day: you accept the Terms and this Privacy Policy, and confirm you're 18 or older, by continuing past the notice under the sign-up buttons, with no separate step after signing in; after a change to the Terms the app asks you to tick a box before your next payment or AI generation (Terms section 21); the Privacy Policy says we record how you agreed (the sign-up notice or a ticked box). Also updated the same day: an account with one workspace, which is every account today, deletes everything with Delete account; Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace is for an account with more than one (Privacy Policy, Delete your data).
- October 1, 2026: Cancelling online in the app; providers described by what they do; Library uploads removed.
- September 28, 2026: Paid plans, credits and AI generation; payments through our payment processor as merchant of record.
